A new generation of three-dimensional geocell welding production line with a combination of 36 ultrasonic welding machines comes to an end for three months. Kazakhstan customers have showed great satisfaction to the production line for its time-power saving and high degree of automation.
    To improve the low efficiency, poor quality of single-hand Geocell welding, Kaer independently innovates and developes the third generation of high-performance 36-bit geocell ultrasonic welding production line. Three-dimensional automatic tooling makes it possible to shape geocell and automatically change layer and displacement, but also realizes stepless adjustable pitch from 330mm to 660mm ; power output point-by-point scanning, combination of special compare circuit with PLC control, (when a stand-alone units failure, CCU(central controller) will stop to give alarm immediately and display the fault machine number;); building block structure with rigid structure, good stable welding quality, convenient installation and debugging advantages, and the width can be free to increase or decrease.
